crazy and lengthy process. We would like to personally thank Gabriel
Anderson for all his hard work and dedication throughout our short-sale
process. After over 9 months, several (more than 5) submissions of paperwork,
several (more than 5) postponements of foreclosure dates (some to the wire
hours before our house was going up for sale), Gabriel was able to negotiate
our short sale. His determination and perseverance to see this through to the
end despite all the turn downs from the bank was incredible. There were many
times when we all thought, is this really worth it. Yes, it was especially
since our only other option was Foreclosure. What did we have to lose?
Gabriel's knowledge of short sales, his "I am not giving up" attitude, and he
patience with the whole process validated that we made the RIGHT choice. I wish
I could say it was not stressful, it sure was. In fact, it was an extreme
roller coaster ride for all of us. In the end we were all in tears (literally)
of happiness that it all worked out. Not only did the short-sale get approved,
we were BLESSED that the new owner, whom I will call an "angel on earth"
allowed us to stay and rent the house. To not have to uproot our children and
go search for a place to live was the icing on the cake. Again, we were not
